As a matter of corporate policy and as a
means to protect our consumers,
NuScience Corporation does not permit
others to make use of or reproduce our
famous trademarks, trade names, product
images, or other intellectual property
(collectively “Trademarks”) without the
express permission of the company.
NuScience Corporation’s well-known
Trademarks are among the most famous in
the nutritional supplement industry. Our
CELLFOOD brand is sold in over 70
countries - consumers throughout the
world recognize our distinctive
Trademarks and product label design as
everyday icons of quality and
wholesomeness.
NuScience Corporation has established
tremendous goodwill through the use of
these marks and designs, making
NuScience’s trademarks some of the
company's most valuable assets. As with
anything of value, Trademarks need to be
protected.
The company diligently and effectively
pursues all infringers and
counterfeiters, regardless of where in
the world they operate. Over the years,
we have encountered many hundreds of
infringing or counterfeit products
throughout the world and have initiated
immediate legal action in each and every
case.
Granted Trademark Usage
In the event NuScience Corporation
grants a non-exclusive, limited license
to use our Trademarks, NuScience
Corporation requires that the use must
be in accordance with all applicable
laws and regulations including but not
limited to the Dietary Supplement Health
Education Act (21 U.S.C. § 320 et seq.)
and the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41
et seq.), and you agree to
indemnify and hold harmless NuScience
Corporation for violations of any law or
regulation. Furthermore, the granted
non-exclusive, limited license must be
used for the sole purpose of advertising
and selling authentic NuScience
Corporation products and services.
Notwithstanding the above, licensee will
avoid using our Trademarks in such a
manner that would adversely affect the
image of our brand and/or products.
Authorized use of our Trademarks is
subject to periodic review and NuScience
Corporation reserves the right to
terminate and/or rescind the limited use
license at any time.
No person or entity may at any time
register a domain name that incorporates
any of our Trademarks, or any variations
thereof, for the purpose of advertising
and selling our products, or otherwise.
To the extent that any person or entity
is the owner of an existing domain name
that incorporates any of our Trademarks,
or any variations thereof, an immediate
transfer of ownership to NuScience
Corporation is required.
Each NuScience Corporation Trademark,
when authorized, must be used with the
appropriate symbol (™ or ®) after, at
least the first and most prominent use
in each document. The symbol must appear
in superscript and to the immediate
right of each Trademark. Notice is
hereby given that each web page is
considered a separate document. Below is
an appropriate notice provision for
copyrights and Trademarks owned by
NuScience Corporation and must be
published with each authorized use:
